online email

Hi when attemting to contact an online shop via their own online email I get the following msg SMTP server (1: 535 Incorrect authentication data ). Can anyone here throw any light on this?

Hmmm, it sounds as though the script which generates the email has an incorrect password. Maybe they changed their password on the server and forgot to update their script? Not sure whether this should affect your decision on whether to use this vendor... :rolleyes:
